Senior React Developer

Travel interfaces are among the most state-heavy and performance-sensitive UIs on the web.

We’re looking for React developers who understand both frontend architecture and user experience deeply — engineers who can reason about rendering behaviour, performance bottlenecks, maintainable component structures, and complex application state at scale.

This role is for developers who care equally about clean engineering and polished product experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own frontend modules end-to-end from architecture to production maintenance.
• Build reusable and scalable component systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to improve user experience flows.
• Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks such as unnecessary renders, bundle bloat, and slow page loads.
• Define frontend engineering standards across code quality, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
• Work with complex state management systems and real-time UI updates.
• Write testable, maintainable frontend systems for high-traffic applications.

Who Is the Right Fit

• Has deep React knowledge including hooks, context, memoisation, Suspense, and rendering behaviour.
• Has strong JavaScript fundamentals including closures, async behaviour, modules, and the event loop.
• Has worked with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Jotai.
• Has built production-grade applications with meaningful scale and complexity.
• Understands frontend performance optimisation and has used profiling tools like React DevTools Profiler.
• Works well cross-functionally with designers and product teams.
• Writes maintainable frontend architecture instead of quick patches.

• Your JavaScript fundamentals are weak.
• Your React experience is limited to simple local-state applications.
• Your portfolio only contains small projects, landing pages, or tutorials.
• You’ve never worked on frontend performance optimisation.
