1. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. This includes:

  • Identity Data: Name, date of birth, and gender.
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Professional Data: Resumes, work history, educational qualifications, and skills.
  • Assessment Data: Scores and analytics from Qrusible's proprietary "Q-Factor" tests or other skill-based assessments.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information used to access the Platform.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Under the DPDP Act, we process your data only for the following Specified Purposes:

  • To create and maintain your professional profile on the Qrusible network.
  • To match Talent with relevant career opportunities and Clients.
  • To conduct and record professional assessments.
  • To communicate platform updates, job alerts, and interview requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. CONSENT & WITHDRAWAL

  • Explicit Consent: By clicking "I Agree" during sign-up, you provide informed and unambiguous consent for us to process your data for the purposes listed above.
  • Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@qrusible.com.
  • Note: Withdrawing consent will result in the deletion of your profile and may limit your ability to be discovered by clients.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. We only share your information with:

  • Potential Employers/Clients: To facilitate hiring and project engagements.
  • Data Processors: Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting or email services) who are contractually bound to the same privacy standards as Qrusible.
  • Law Enforcement: Only when required by a valid legal order under Indian law.

5. DATA RETENTION & ERASURE

  • Retention: We store your data as long as your account is active.
  • Auto-Erasure: If your account remains inactive for a period of 3 years, we will deem the "Specified Purpose" as fulfilled and proceed to erase or anonymize your data, unless required otherwise by law.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request the immediate deletion of your data via your account settings.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (DATA PRINCIPAL RIGHTS)

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a summary of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate or incomplete professional information.
  • Nomination: Designate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
  • Grievance Redressal: Raise concerns regarding how your data is handled.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement "Reasonable Security Safeguards" to prevent data breaches, including:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access.
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
