Senior QA Engineer – Telematics & Real-Time Systems

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our telematics and real-time data platforms. You will own end-to-end quality, from test planning and automation to production monitoring, ensuring zero critical data issues and high system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain automated and manual test suites for telematics, API, and reporting workflows. - Ensure 100% data accuracy, low latency (<5s p95), and real-time synchronization across devices. - Perform exploratory, regression, and performance testing; validate edge cases and multi-user scenarios. - Drive CI/CD test automation with nightly and pre-deployment pipelines. - Collaborate closely with Product, Dev, and Support teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality releases. - Track QA metrics, report defects, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve automation ROI. Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years in QA/Software Testing, with strong experience in telematics, IoT, or real-time systems. - Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, pytest). - Strong knowledge of API, integration, and database testing; SQL proficiency. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and agile workflows. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
