About the role

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Backend Engineer to build high-performance, data-heavy reporting systems, architect greenfield microservices, and modernize legacy platforms at scale. What you’ll do
  • Build data-heavy reporting systems handling 10M+ rows with ≤ 2s p95 query latency
  • Design and deploy greenfield .NET microservices using DDD, CQRS, and MediatR
  • Scale backend systems to 50K+ requests/day using Azure, Redis, and horizontal scaling
  • Refactor legacy systems into clean, testable .NET Core services without downtime
  • Own production reliability including monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning
What you should be strong at
  • C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, async/await
  • MS SQL Server (indexing, query optimization, read replicas)
  • CQRS, DDD, REST APIs, OpenAPI / Swagger
  • Caching (Redis), background jobs, and data consistency
  • Azure (Application Insights, Azure SQL, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Docker and modern deployment practices
Bonus (nice to have)
  • Power BI or other reporting platforms
  • Event-driven architectures
  • Kubernetes / AKS experience
  • Experience with large-scale legacy refactors
