About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technical Product Analytics Lead to establish a unified "Single Source of Truth" across our Web (Next.js) and Mobile (React Native) platforms. If you love building complex tracking schemas, optimizing subscription funnels, and driving a truly data-informed product culture, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Establish Data Governance: Design a unified Event Schema, implement Server-side tracking (GTM) to bypass ad-blockers, and ensure 100% data consistency between GA4, Firebase, and our internal MongoDB.
- Optimize the Funnel: Map the end-to-end subscription journey to identify drop-offs and drive a 15% increase in "Free to Paid" conversion rates.
- Drive Retention: Build churn prediction dashboards and analyze "Aha!" moments to improve Day-30 User Retention by 10%.
- Lead Experimentation: Systematize A/B testing by designing and running 4+ statistically significant experiments per month (Mixpanel/Optimizely).
- Champion a Data Culture: Set up automated anomaly alerts and lead weekly "Data Deep-dive" sessions to ensure 80% of product decisions are backed by metrics.
