Associate Product Manager (Web & Mobile)

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager! 🚀 Do you love bridging the gap between Editorial, Design, and Engineering teams? We need a detail-oriented APM to drive user growth, optimize our news app experience, and ensure seamless feature delivery across our web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Product Discovery: Translate editorial goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for our React Native and NestJS developers.
• User Growth: Own the North Star metrics (DAU, Time Spent). Design A/B tests for push notifications and audit search/personalization flows to improve content discovery.
• Execution & Quality: Ensure 99.9% bug-free rollouts by leading rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating with QA for iOS/Android parity.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the technical bridge, mapping WordPress CMS capabilities to App UI requirements and facilitating seamless communication across cross-functional teams.

What You Bring:

• Experience writing high-quality PRDs and working with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Data fluency using GA4, Firebase, and basic SQL.
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem (App Store/Play Console) and basic API architecture.
• A user-centric mindset with the ability to balance urgent editorial requests with long-term tech goals.
