About the role
We're scaling fast and we need a Growth Manager who can take our app from thousands to hundreds of thousands of downloads per month — without blowing CAC. If you live and breathe performance marketing, ASO, retention journeys, and attribution stacks, this role is yours.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads — with a target of 100K+ monthly installs at stable CPI
- Run weekly A/B tests on ad creatives (copy, visuals, video hooks) and optimize bidding strategies (tCPI/tROAS) based on downstream LTV data
- Own ASO end-to-end: keyword research, store listing optimization, localized experiments, and maintaining a ≥4.2 app rating
- Architect automated push notification journeys (Welcome, Re-engagement, Breaking News) and segment users by content preference using CleverTap/MoEngage/Braze
- Manage the MMP stack (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), configure deep-links, and ensure 95%+ of installs are accurately attributed — zero dark traffic
- Drive Free-to-Paid conversion by A/B testing paywall designs, pricing tiers, and special offers based on user behavior segments
You're a Fit If You:
- Have scaled an app to 100K+ installs/month — ideally in news, content, or consumer tech
- Are fluent in performance marketing metrics: CPI, CPM, ROAS, LTV, CAC, ARPU
- Can speak the language of both engineers (event specs, SDK implementations) and executives (growth KPIs, budget ROI)
- Treat every campaign as a hypothesis and every result as a learning
